1. The Service

Review Made Easy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage and collect customer reviews through QR codes and dynamic landing pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 1-day free trial after which features are restricted unless a paid plan is activated.
• Monthly Plan (India): ₹1,499/month, billed monthly.
• Lifetime Plan (India): ₹14,999, billed once.
• Monthly Plan (International): $99/month, billed monthly.
• Lifetime Plan (International): $899, billed once.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect or solicit fake, fabricated, or misleading reviews.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harm, harass, or defraud any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of the Service are the intellectual property of Review Made Easy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Made Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
