Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for subscriptions purchased on Review Made Easy at reviewmadeeasy.com, operated by Maitreya Parekh.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 1-day free trial of the platform. No payment is required during the trial period. Features are restricted after the trial ends until a paid plan is activated.

2. Monthly Subscription — Cancellation

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.

3. Lifetime Plan — No Refunds

Lifetime access plans are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the plan is activated on your account. Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Goodwill Refunds)

We understand that mistakes happen. If you were accidentally charged or there was a technical error during purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@reviewmadeeasy.com with your payment ID. We will review the case and, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

5. How Refunds are Processed

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
